Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour- 2- cups
  2. Fanugreek leaves- 2- tbsp
  3. Oil- 1- tbsp
  4. Chilli powder- 2- tsp
  5. Saltwater- 1- tsp
  6. Water- 1- cup
  7. Oil- 4- cups
  8. Rava- 1- tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. take big bowl.
  2. add wheat flour and rava ,fanugreek leaves, turmeric and chilli powder and salt.
  3. mix them well. add oil and make their teight dough by using required water.
  4. make their small roti. and make some holes between them.
  5. heat oil .
  6. fry that puris in hot oil till golden brown.

That Methi Puri recipe sounds delicious! I'm always looking for new snack ideas, especially something that's both crunchy and relatively healthy. I'm intrigued by the fenugreek leaves – that must give it a unique flavor. I wonder if the experience would be comparable to the simple pleasures of blasting down a hill in Snow Rider 3D. Thanks for sharing this, I'll definitely give it a try soon!
