Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Slices bread
  2. 1 egg
  3. 2 tablespoon butter
  4. 9 tablespoon sugar
  5. 1 1/2 cup milk


  1. Mix all the above ingredients together in a medium bowl till the bread is completely dissolved. Keep it aside.
  2. In a medium aluminum base add 1 tablespoon of sugar and caramelized it, let the sugar become dark brown.
  3. Add the above mixture in it.
  4. Take a big aluminum vessel, add in 4 cups of water approximately.
  5. Insert a small ring inside the water.
  6. Place the mixture bowl on the ring in the water. Check the water level, it should be half the level of the vessel. Close the lid.
  7. Let it boil for 40 minutes.
  8. Open the lid and insert a knife in the mixture. If it comes out dry then it is done.
  9. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes, have it chilled.
