This is one of my kid's favourite. With assorted topping its really yumm to eat. Also we prefer this to the biryani as its light on the stomach too.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For the mutton balls : Muttonmince1/2 kg
  2. onion 1 medium
  3. Eggs 1
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoons
  5. Gram flour 2 tablespoons
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Oil for deep frying.
  9. Mutton liver pieces marinated with salt and turmeric
  10. Oil 1 tablespoon to cook the liver
  11. For pulao : basmati rice 1 kilo
  12. Ginger garlic paste 5 tablespoons
  13. Meat pieces 1/4 kilo
  14. Chicken pieces 1/4 kilo
  15. Onions 2 sliced
  16. Tomato 1 Large
  17. Whole garam masala of your choice 1/2 teaspoon
  18. Curd 2 tablespoons
  19. Green chillies slit 5 to 6
  20. Potato fries 2 cups ( for topping)
  21. Boiled eggs sliced 2 ( for topping)
  22. Pickled beetroot and carrots 2 tablespoons ( for topping)
  23. Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing
  24. Ghee or oil for cooking


  1. First prepare all the toppings and keep side.
  2. Mix mutton mince with all the ingredients except oil
  3. Deep fry and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil or ghee.
  5. Add garam masala and onions and fry till translucent
  6. Add tomato and saute till soft
  7. Add the mutton pieces and let them leave water on a medium flame.
  8. Add the curd and masala and keep roasting
  9. Now add the chicken pieces and saute further for a few mins .
  10. Add rice and desired water till its cooked to perfection.
  11. Now remove it in your serving plate and top with the cooked liver , mutton balls , fries , beetroots , carrots , eggs and coriander and mint leaves.
