Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Red bell pepper chopped in circles
  2. 1/2 kg Narain fish
  3. 2medium sized onions diced
  4. 4 Medium Tomatoes diced
  5. 2 jalapeno chopped
  6. 2 green chillies chopped
  7. 7-8 cloves of garlic chopped
  8. 1/2cup of coconut milk
  9. 2 tbls Oil
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry garlic and onions to turn into little pinkish.
  2. Add jalapeos , bell pepper, tomatoes and cook till tomatoes become tender
  3. Add fish pieces and cook for 10 minutes or till your fish get cooked
  4. Add salt n coconut milk and boil for more 5minutes on low heat.
  5. Serve your juicy fish hot after garnishing with coriander leaves.
