Ingredients to make Babycorn capsicum masala

  • butter-2tab sp
  • jeera-1tsp
  • Paste 1- 3 onion,5to6green chilli,8garlic cloves,2inch ginger,2 -tomatos
  • Paste 2-cream+milk+cashew5 to 8
  • Haldi 1/2 tsp,red chilli pwd-2tsp,garam masala-1tsp ,salt to taste
  • 2 green capsicum ( remove the seeds)
  • 250gm-baby corn cut into long fringes or round as u need
  • Half bowl curd
  • Corriender leaves for garnish

How to make Babycorn capsicum masala

  1. Take a pan add butter to it and jeera
  2. Add the paste 1 to it.wait till it leaves butter on sides of pan
  3. Add red chilli powder,haldi and garam masala to it .fry it for some
  4. Add the capsicum and baby corn to it.
  5. Than add paste 2 to it and leave it for 5 mins
  6. Than add the curd and stir till it gets done .add salt to it.
  7. Garnish with corriender leaves

My Tip:

If u dont hv butter u can use the ghee also. It taste same.or instead of cream u can add malai.
