Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice 2 cups
  2. Fresh grated coconut 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice for 2 to 3 hours
  2. Blend the soaked rice and coconut both with little water make a thin dosa batter .
  3. Add it to salt mix well if need add more water to make thin batter.
  4. Heat a nonstick tava on medium flame and pour laddle full of batter and make dosa apply tea spoon of oil on it.
  5. Cook one side, will become soft dosa .Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.ENJOYEE.
