Ingredients to make Veg schezwan maggi

  • butter 2 tbsp
  • 3 star anise
  • 4cloves smashed garlic
  • 3tbsp schezwan chutney or sauce
  • 4 to 5 cup of water
  • 1cup diced carrot
  • 1/2cup diced french beans
  • 1/4cup green pea
  • 1/4 cup baby corn
  • salt to taste
  • Two packs of maggi

How to make Veg schezwan maggi

  1. Take butter in a pan
  2. Saute star anise in it for a minute
  3. Add garlic n saute
  4. Now add schezwan chutney for a min
  5. Now add green peas n saute for 2min
  6. Dan add all the veggies n saute
  7. Dan add water n maggi
  8. Add Salt n close the lid
  9. Stir in between till its cooked

My Tip:

Can add veggies of our choice n paneer also
