Maggi Triple Schezwan

Ingredients to make Maggi Triple Schezwan

  • 1 packet Maggi Hot Head Green chilli
  • 1 small cup par boiled rice
  • 100 grams paneer
  • 1 medium capsicum
  • 2-4 pieces Baby corn
  • 1 Medium carrot
  • 1 small green onion
  • 1 tspn crushed garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tspn red chilli kashmiri powder
  • 1/4 tspn bush red color
  • An egg optional
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tspn chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tspn

How to make Maggi Triple Schezwan

  1. Boil the Maggi keeping aside some to fry later
  2. Boil till dry
  3. Add tastemaker to boiling maggi
  4. Chop veggies long
  5. Cut paneer long too and saute with veggies and keep aside
  6. Now parboil rice and keep aside
  7. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed garlic
  8. Add seasoning salt red chilli powder and red color, saute well
  9. Now in a transparent bowl pile up the rice noodles and veggies
  10. Layer rice at the bottom
  11. Then layer the boiled Maggi
  12. Top with veggies an paneer
  13. Heat some oil and fry some maggi plain to garnish on top and give crunch
  14. Egg lovers- please top the dish with a half fried egg.
  15. Serve hot enjoy with other sauces of choice
