Ingredients to make Tender coconut icecream

  • 3/4 cup -choppedtender coconutmeat
  • 2 1/2 cup - full fat milk
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 3/4 cup - fresh cream

How to make Tender coconut icecream

  1. In a pan heat the milk .keep aside 1/4 cup of cold milk.
  2. In the cold milk add cornflour and mix well.
  3. When milk starts boiling add cornflour and milk mixture.
  4. Boil for 2-3 mins and remive from flame
  5. Let it cool completely.
  6. Add fresh cream mix well ( may use hand blender)
  7. Pour in an airtight container abd freeze for 6 hrs.
  8. Remove again cut and add tender coconut and blend again.
  9. Pour into airtight container and freeze again till done (about 6-8 hrs)
  10. Scoop and serve.

My Tip:

Serve icecream with rose or khus syrup to enhance the taste....
