It is basically eaten as a dessert where i have used the Indian sweet gajar ka halwa with all the roasted nuts used. I have given a twist by adding ice cream to it

Ingredients Serving: 6
Ingredients for chocolate sauce: 1 slab dark chocolate
1 slab light chocolate
Ingredients for gajar ka halwa
4 orange or red carrots grated
1 cup roasted dry fruit (almond, cashew nuts, walnuts, pista)
1tsp ghee
1/2 cup malai
5tbsp sugar
6to8 scoops vanilla ice cream
20 to 30 cherries
1 cup mixed chopped dry fruits
Instructions
In the bowl add the dark an light chocolate and put it in oven for 1 min to make it soft . Mix well so no lumps are found. Keep it aside
In a pan add ghee fry the dry fruits, then add carrots, mix well till color changes
Then add sugar, malai an mix well
Then take an empty bowl pour the gajar halwa to it an press it nicely
Then take a plate an invert the bowl of halwa an refrigerate it for 45 mins
Then take out the plate from the fridge an try removing the bowl slowly you will get the halwa in a shape of a bowl
Then spread the vanilla ice cream all over the sides then pour hot chocolate sauce on it
Garnish it with cherries, an roasted dry fruits
