Fudge is a type of sugar candy that is made by mixing sugar, butter and milk, heating it to the soft-ball stage at 240 °F (116 °C), and then beating the mixture while it cools so that it acquires a smooth, creamy consistency. Fruits, nuts, chocolate, caramel, candies, sweets and other flavours are sometimes added either inside or on top. Today i have made chocolate Flavoured fugde/penda using HERSHEY'S COCA POWDER and HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE AND CARAMEL SYRAP. I have made this fudge without sugar and instead of this i have used condensed milk. If you are a chocolate lover then you will devour this. It is sweet yet a little bitter, small but really big on taste.
