Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chocolate - 300 gm
  2. Unsalted butter - 125 gm
  3. Digestive biscuits - 200 gm
  4. Marshmallow - 100 gm
  5. Honey - 2 tbsp


  1. Melt the chocolate,butter and honey together in double boiler.let everything melt on a gentle heat and stir occasionally.
  2. Remove from the pot when ingredients are nearly melted, and stir further to make a smooth mixture.
  3. Keep some mixture aside to use later.
  4. Roughly crush the biscuits by your hands, and cut marshmallow in small pieces.
  5. Mix everything together well so that biscuits and marshmallow are completely covered in chocolate.
  6. Pour them into a square baking tray covered with baking paper and press down using spatula.
  7. Now add remaining chocolate and butter mix that you set aside and evenly spread over the mixture.
  8. Put the baking tin in the fridge and let in sit for atleast two hours.
  9. Cut it in small pieces or bars.and enjoy
