Ingredients to make Suji/rava cutlet

  • 1 cup Rava
  • One chopped capsicum
  • corn 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped 1
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • green chilli chopped 1
  • salt to taste
  • oil 3 tbsp

How to make Suji/rava cutlet

  1. Heat a pan
  2. Add 1 cup water.
  3. Then add suji.
  4. Add veggies n salt.
  5. Cook till mixture leaves the side.
  6. Then keep it in plate n let it cool down completely.
  7. Put some oil in your palm
  8. Take small rava mixture.
  9. And give it your desired shape.
  10. Make all the cutlets like this.
  11. Then heat a nonstick pan.
  12. Pour some oil..
  13. Shallow fry all the cutlets..

My Tip:

If you wish you can deep fry the cutlets.
