  • coconut milk 400 ml
  • all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups
  • eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • sugar 5 tbsp
  • Dessicated coconut to sprinkle on top.
