  1. Curd 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a strainer, keep it over a bowl.
  2. Now take a hanky. Spread it over the strainer.
  3. Now pour curd on the hanky and tie up the hanky. Water will start coming out from the curd.
  4. Keep it in the fridge for 7-8 hours. Soft and smooth hung curd is ready to use.
