Coconut Brownie

Ingredients to make Coconut Brownie

  • 125 gram butter
  • 125 gram sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 gram all purpose flour
  • 100 gram white chocolate
  • 50 gram chocolate chips
  • 100 gram desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence

How to make Coconut Brownie

  1. Mix sugar and butter till light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Add sifted flour and desiccated coconut into the egg mix.
  5. Add tempered white chocolate and white chocolate chips to the batter.
  6. Pre heat your oven at 180 degree centigrade
  7. Grease a flat baking tray and line the bottoms of the tray with foil paper. Grease the foil paper as well.
  8. Transfer the batter on to a tray. Tap the tray 3-4 times.
  9. Now place the tray in the center rack and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Check with the help of a toothpick. If it comes out clean, brownies is ready.
