Fried Mutton Chops

Ingredients to make Fried Mutton Chops

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chat masala 3 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Dhaniya powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
  • Red food colour 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Fried Mutton Chops

  1. Wash the chops and keep aside. In a bowl add vinegar, salt and mix. Add in the chops and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, tandoori masala, red colour, 1 tbsp oil, mix it and let it rest for 2 hours.
  3. Take a frying pan, heat sufficient oil.
  4. Fry the chops and serve hot with chutney.
