Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava 1/2 cup
  2. Grated fresh coconut 1/2 cup
  3. Grated jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. Maida 3 tblspoon
  5. Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  6. Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
  7. Salt as 1 pinch
  8. Cooking soda 1 pinch
  9. Half banana mashed (optional)
  10. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak rava in water for half an hour
  2. Drain excess water and add all other ingredients and mix well
  3. Heat paniyaram pan
  4. Fill each shallow with 1/2 tspn ghee
  5. And then pour the remaining 3/4th with batter
  6. Cook covered on low flame for 2 minutes or until one side is firm
  7. Flip and cook until golden
  8. Serve warm with drizzle.of honey or hot cup of tea.
