Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Coconut 1 no
  2. Ginger 2 inch cube
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Green chillies 6 to 7nos
  5. coriander leaves 1 bunch
  6. Curry leaves few
  7. Mustard seeds 2 pinch
  8. Channa dal 1/2 tsp
  9. Urad dal 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a mixer put all the cleaned coconut pieces of one coconut
  2. Add salt, chillies, ginger pieces, coriander leaves and grind it. And transfer into a bowl.
  3. Heat a tarka pan add oil and put curry leaves, mustard seeds and dala and let crackle
  4. Once it get cooled put it above the coconut mixture
  5. Your chutney is ready to go with dosas, idli, vaadas etc
