ABOUT Sukhe Nariyal Lasoon Ka Powder RECIPE

Coconut or Khopra is high in dietary fibre and controls diabetes. It also improves the insulin secretion, utilization of blood glucose. Anti-ageing and boost Immunity. Garlic or Lasoon has vitamins C, A and E and eating daily help to prevent conditions such as premature aging, heart disease and cancer. Today in Jai Ki Rasoi Se used such healthy ingredients and made "Sukhe Nariyal Lasoon Ka Powder". This can be served with hot steam rice, spread on dosa, combine with curd and served with any Indian bread

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dry Coconut (Sukha Nariyal or Khopra) - 100 Grams
  2. Dry Red Chillies (Sukhi Lal Mirch) - 6 to 8
  3. Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 1 Table Spoon
  4. Garlic Cloves (Lasoon Ki Kaliyan) - 10 to 12
  5. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 Table Spoon
  6. Salt According to taste

Instructions

  1. In Mixer or blender add dry coconut, dry red chillies, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, garlic cloves and salt according to taste 
  2. Grind and make fine powder
  3. Now the dish is ready can be served with hot steam rice, spread on dosa, combine with curd and served with any Indian bread
