Ingredients to make Falahari dosa with sukhe aaluu

  • For dosa...
  • 1 cup samak rice
  • 1/4 cup sabudana
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • rock salt according to taste
  • Half spoon black pepper
  • water as required
  • For sukhe aaloo
  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • Half cup coriander leaves
  • A spoon cumin seeds
  • salt according to your taste
  • Half spoon black pepper
  • A spoon ginger chilli paste

How to make Falahari dosa with sukhe aaluu

  1. Add samak,sabudana n sugar in mixer n grind properly
  2. Made n seive it
  3. Take half cup of this powder n add salt n black pepper
  4. Add 1 cup water n make thin paste
  5. Keep it on rest for 20 minutes
  6. Prepration for sabji
  7. Add oil ,cumin seeds,ginger chilli paste n peanuts
  8. Add boiled n mashed potatoes ,salt n black pepper
  9. Mix it properly
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves
  11. Heat a nonstick pan n pour th better...
  12. Spread on it
  13. Dosa is ready
  14. It's ready

When u start to make dosa thn shake th better .....
