A yummy sweet dish which can be prepared quickly. You can surprise your guests with this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Fresh milk bread 4 pieces
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 2 cups
1 large egg
Salt 1 pinch
Baking soda 1 pinch
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Unsalted Butter 1 cup
White chocolate 2 cups
Salted butter 1/4 cup
Heavy cream 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp

Instructions

Preparation of bread : Cut the four sides of each bread.
Take a bowl, add egg and beat well.
Add sugar, milk, salt, cocoa powder, baking soda, corn flour and mix well.
Heat the unsalted butter in a deep frying pan.
Dip each bread into the egg mixture and fry one after another until they gets crunchy.
Keep them aside on a oil absorbing tissue paper.
For white chocolate sauce : Take white chocolate in a microwave proof bowl, add heavy cream, salted butter and microwave for 5 minutes in bursts, keep mixing in intervals.
Mix everything well, add vanilla essence, mix again and keep aside.
Take dessert shallow bowl/dish, cut each fried bread into half, and place in the bowl.
Pour the milk chocolate sauce on the bread.
Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or decorate with whipped cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
