Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 gm dry anjeer
  2. 100 gm dry dates.
  3. 100 gm chocolate compound
  4. 50 gm poppy seed
  5. Few pistachios

Instructions

  1. Soak dry anjeer for half an hour in warm water.
  2. Soak dates also and make it seedless.
  3. Grate the chocolate.
  4. Grind anjeer and dates with little water.
  5. Put a pan on flame put the paste in it.
  6. Cook on low flame till it became thick.
  7. Add grated chocolate with it and cook for more few minute.
  8. Cool it and set on a plastic sheet.
  9. Sprinkle some roasted dry fruit on it, after cooling make roll.
  10. Roast poppy seed.
  11. Coat the roll in roasted poppy seed and set for few hour .
  12. Cut in pieces and garnish with pistachio.
