Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potato 6 in number
  2. curd a tbsp
  3. Oil for frying and for preparing sabzi
  4. Red chilli, turmeric powder 1 tsp each
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Rock salt as per taste


  1. Boil the potatoes {best is to take small size potato}.
  2. Prick the potatoes with a toothpick so that it fries completely and masala fills evenly in it. Fry them till brown in hot oil.
  3. In a kadai, add oil then cumin seeds.
  4. In a katori add spices and little water to make a paste.
  5. Add it to the kadai, cook it for 5 minutes. Add rock salt as per taste, add potatoes in it, add curd to it and cook for 5 -10 minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, enjoy with sama rice/poori.
