Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 sweet potato (shakarkandi) boiled
  2. 3 medium size boiled and mashed pototo
  3. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer (cottage chease)
  4. 3 tbsp sama rice flour
  5. Rock salt as per taste
  6. 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tbsp red chilly powder
  9. 1/4 tbsp chopped green chilly
  10. One spoon lemon juice (optional)
  11. Oil for frying
  12. For garnishing:
  13. Two cup curd
  14. 1 cup tamarid chutney
  15. Green chutney (optional)
  16. 2 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  17. 1 spoon kashmiri red chilly
  18. Vrat namkeen (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all above ingredients except oil together and make a dough.
  2. Make balls and give them tikki shape.
  3. Fry all the tikki on medium flame till golden brown colour.
  4. Arrange tikki on a plate a and put curd, chutney, cumin powder chilly or namkeen.
