Ingredients to make Wheat flour Halwa

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • water 3/4 cup or as required
  • Desi ghee 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp
  • Green cardmom powder 1 tsp
  • Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup

How to make Wheat flour Halwa

  1. Heat 1/2 cup ghee.
  2. Add flour and fry until becomes golden on low heat.
  3. It will take time.
  4. Stirring continuously.
  5. Add 1 tbsp ghee slowly.
  6. Then add sugar and water.
  7. Add some ghee again.
  8. Mix and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  9. Turn Off the gas immediately.
  10. Cover for 5 minutes.
  11. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits.
  12. Serve hot.
