Generally these laddus are served after delivery as these are filled with energy releasing substances and very rich.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm wheat flour
  2. 200 gm desi ghee
  3. 200 gm burra
  4. 15 almond chopped
  5. 3 tablespoon gond
  6. 25 gm makhane
  7. green cardamon powder - 1 pinch
  8. Pista for garnishing


  1. First melt the ghee in a pan and mix flour. Fry on medium low flame until its brown.
  2. While the flour is getting roasted, fry the dry fruits in another pan, keep aside. Strain the in the same pan add some gond along with some more ghee. You can also add the makhana in it.
  3. Once everything is roasted, switch off the flames, let them cool for few minutes. Mix everything together and add the burra as well , make laddus out of the mixture and serve.
