Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gond ( edible gum)- 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour- 1/1/2 cup
  3. Suger -1 cup
  4. Ghee -1 1/2 cup
  5. Cardamom powder -1 tsp
  6. Chopped almonds. Melon seed. Cashew. Raisin. Pistachios
  7. Dry ginger powder -1 tsp


  1. Take ghee in a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai and heat. Put a little amount of gond to the heated ghee. Gond puffs up like a pop corn in ghee. Once gond is puffed take out from ghee. Repeat the process with the remaining gond.
  2. Take flour in the remaining ghee. Stir continuously till it turns light brown. Take out on a plate. Chopped dry fruits in the small pieces.
  3. When the gond cools off press with the rolling pin in fine text.
  4. In an another pan take sugar and 3/4 cup of water. Prepared chashni In solidifying consistency like one thread
  5. Put in fried gond. flour. Dry fruits and cardamom powder in the chashni. Mix all the ingrediants properly. Switch off the flame.
  6. Take a little amount of ingrediants in your hand and make a round laddo of it. Make laddo of the entire mixture. Keep it in room temprature and after put it in air tight container.
