Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. wheat flour 5 cup
  2. sugar powder as per test
  3. desi ghee 500-700gm
  4. crushed cashunuts 100gm
  5. crushed almonds 150gm
  6. crushed pistachios 100gm
  7. crushed dry coconut 100gm
  8. khaskhas powder 100gm
  9. crushed black pepper 4teaspoon


  1. break gond crush in mixer,not do powder
  2. heat ghee in kadahi ,deep fry gond on medium heat,stirring it till it puffes keep aside
  3. in remaining ghee roast all the dry fruits ,coconut,khaskhas till the aroma comes
  4. heat ghee in another nonstick pan add wheat flour roast it on a medium fleam till it becomes light brown
  5. now add sugar ,fried gond,roasted all dry fruits in roasted wheat flour .black pepper also mix well
  6. now make same size laddus
  7. if laddus are not bind then add some hot ghee

How much gond has to be taken? It's not mentioned.
