perfect winter breakfast. delicious gond ladoo gives heat and energy to the body. eat 1-2 ladoo with milk every morning and be immune to the cold.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 5 tbsp edible gum (gond)
  2. 6 tbsp Ghee
  3. 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  4. 1/2 cup boora sugar
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper roughly crushed
  6. 3 tbsp almond chopped
  7. 3 tbsp dry coconut grated
  8. ghee for deep frying gond


  1. heat ghee in a non stick pan, add flour and roast it over medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
  2. keep aside to cool completely.
  3. heat the ghee for deep frying in a kadhai and deep fry the gond till the pieces puffs up.
  4. transfer this fried gond to a plate and allow it to cool.
  5. combine sugar, fried gond, almond, coconut, black pepper and flour in a deep bowl. mix well.
  6. divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each itno a medium round ball.
  7. serve or store in an air tight container.
