Kheema Samosa

Ingredients to make Kheema Samosa

  • Mutton mince 1/4 kg
  • 1 onion medium size
  • oil 1 to 2 tbsp
  • Samosa strips
  • salt as per taste
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 1 tomato
  • green peas or 1 potato as per your choice
  • garam masala
  • green chillies
  • 2 tbsp maida (put little water and make a paste)

How to make Kheema Samosa

  1. Take a small pressure cooker, put oil, put some akkha garam masala and fry the onions.
  2. Put ginger garlic paste, put the green masala paste or green chillies.
  3. Put tomatoes, fry all this for some time then add green peas or potatoes, salt and close the lid (do not put water).
  4. Give 3 whistles, cool it, garnish with lime juice and coriander. The stuffing should be dry.
  5. Now take Swiss ready made samosa strips and fold it like a cone, put the filling with the spoon, close the ends with a paste of maida.
  6. And deep fry. You can have it with chutney or sauce.
