Ingredients to make Little Surprise

  • 20 almonds
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 100 gram tempered chocolate
  • Sprinkles for decoration

How to make Little Surprise

  1. Boil almonds for 5 min just to remove its outer skin.
  2. Remove there outer skin and dry completely with the help of kitchen towel.
  3. Grind the almonds to make flour.
  4. Knead a soft dough with condensed milk.
  5. Now dip the spoon in tempered chocolate and tap to remove the excess chocolate. Refrigerator for two minutes.
  6. Fill the spoon with almond dough, now pour chocolate to cover the dough.
  7. Make them eye catching with sprinkles or gems.
  8. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container.

My Tip:

Don't use over night soaked almonds. For completely dry almonds clean them 3 to 4 times.
