Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Little millet : 2 cup
  2. Urad dal  : 1/4 cup
  3. Channa dal : ¼ cup
  4. Poha :  2 tsp
  5. Fenugreek : ½ tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Water


  1. Rinse Little millet,urad dal, poha, fenugreek and soak for 2 hours
  2. Grind Little millet, urad dal ,poha,fenugreek with required water to make a smooth batter for 20 - 30 mins.
  3. Cover and ferment for 7 hours
  4. After the fermentation, the batter will become double in size and rise. Add Salt and required water to the batter and mix well.
  5. Pour batter in dosa tawa circular manner to get the circle shape of dosa for 1 min
  6. Add little oil top of the dosa and flip it for 30 seconds
