Ingredients to make Sabudane ki Khichdi

  • 2 cups soaked sabudana
  • 1 boiled potato
  • peanuts 6-7
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp sendha namak
  • 1 green chilli

How to make Sabudane ki Khichdi

  1. Soak sabudana for about 4-5 hrs, water level should enough to dip sabudana pearls.
  2. Take a wok/pan add ghee/oil. Add zeera, green chillies.
  3. Add sabudana and chopped potatoes.
  4. Saute it and add salt and sugar.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve with curd.
