Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sabudana -1 cup
  2. Potatoes -2 cut into small pieces
  3. Roasted peanuts -1/2 cup
  4. Ginger -1/2 tsp grated
  5. Green chilly -2 cut into small pieces
  6. Cumin seed -1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice -1-2 tsp
  8. Rock salt as required
  9. Chilly powder -1/2 tsp
  10. Oil -3-4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak sabudana for one hour. After 1 hour drain the sabudana and keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add cumin seed and saute till they cracle. Add green chilly and ginger. Saute for half a minute.
  3. Add potato and saute for 5-10 minutes in low flame. Check if potato are cooked.add peanuts and stir continuously.
  4. Add sabudana and keep on stirring. Add chilly powder and salt. When the sabudana starts becoming translucent they are cooked. Don.t over cook
  5. Add lemon juice and mix well. Off the flame. Serve hot.
