Kursi Mayane

Ingredients to make Kursi Mayane

  • 8 eggs boiled
  • 2 eggs beaten, 2 eggs white and 3 tablespoon all purpose flour beaten in bowl
  • 250gm minced mutton
  • 1 medium size onion finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 lemon Juice
  • 8 sticks
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Kursi Mayane

  1. Heat 4 tablespoon oil, add chopped onion and saute till the colour gets light brown. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes on high flame. Add Green chilly, Red chilly powder, Salt, Turmeric powder and garam masala. Add Chopped coriander leaves. Add minced mutton 250gm and Cook till mutton gets ready very well. Add juice of half a lemon.
  2. On another side Cut boiled eggs into two part in length (shown in pics), remove yellow part from boiled eggs and mix it in cooked mutton. Mash yellow part and mix well with mutton. Again add half lemon juice and coriander leaves in cooked mutton.
  3. Now make sticky paste mixture of egg white and all purpose flour in bowl. In another bowl keep egg white shells. Now keep toothpick 7-8, make balls of mutton and set it in empty eggs and stick the sides with help of all flour Purpose and eggs paste and put toothpick, dip in beaten egg from all sides. Now dip stuffed eggs in heated oil and fry for 2 minutes.

My Tip:

You can add chat masala in mutton.
