Instant Khoa Peda

Ingredients to make Instant Khoa Peda

  • 1/2 cup khoa
  • 1/2 + 1 tbsp powder sugar
  • 1 tsp green cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground pistachios

How to make Instant Khoa Peda

  1. Take a big plate add khoa, powder sugar and cardamom powder in it.
  2. Mix them very well with greased hands.
  3. Now make smooth lemon sized ball out of the mixture and slightly flatten the balls by pressing gently with your palm.
  4. Garnish with grounded pistachios and serve with cold or hot milk as your choice.

My Tip:

You can add or remove dry fruits as your choice. You can also use milk powder for this recipe instead of khoa. For milk powder - Take 1/2 cup of milk powder, 1 tbsp pure ghee and 2 tbsp of milk mix them very well. Cook this mixture on very low heat about 4 to 5 minutes or until good khoa consistency.
