Ingredients to make Chocolate Cake

  • 125 gm maida
  • 90 gm melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powder sugar
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp

How to make Chocolate Cake

  1. Sieve together maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
  2. Now in a bowl, add together condensed milk, butter and mix it well.
  3. Add powdered sugar and mix it.
  4. Now slowly add milk and maida mixture alternatively and mix nicely so that no lumps are formed.
  5. At last add vanilla essence.
  6. Now bake it at 180 degree for 40 mins.

My Tip:

For chocolate ganache- Heat 200gm cream, as it starts boiling, switch off the flame and now to it add 100 gm of dark chocolate without mixing it. Keep it aside for 10 min and then mix it well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour and then use it for icing.
