Spicy Cheesy Spinach Fondue

Ingredients to make Spicy Cheesy Spinach Fondue

  • Blanched spinach 1 cup
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • cornflour 1/2 tsp
  • chilli ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cooking cream 2 tbsp
  • Cheese 2 tbsp
  • salt
  • nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  • For side serving:
  • Red, yellow, green bell pepper cut in cube 1 cup
  • paneer cube 100 gm
  • carrots cube 50 gm
  • Eggplants cube 50 gm
  • baby corn 6 pieces
  • curd 100 GM
  • chana daal powder 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt
  • coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Readymade nachos
  • Garlic bread or pizza base tossed in butter & mixed herbs
  • Nachos 100 gm
  • potatoes smilies as required

How to make Spicy Cheesy Spinach Fondue

  1. Grind blanched spinach & make fine paste add 1/2 tsp of cornflour.
  2. In a pan, melt butter, add chilli garlic ginger paste, cook it then add the spinach paste cook well.
  3. Add cooking cream & grated cheese in spinach. Add salt as per taste. Turn the gas off.
  4. In a bowl take curd, add Chana daal powder, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, salt & ginger garlic powder. Mix well, add all vegetables & paneer, keep aside for 30 minutes in fridge.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove it and grill in oven on grill mode or on griller.
  6. Serve spinach in fondue bowl, light up the lamp below. Served grilled vegetables & paneer, readymade nachos, potatoes smilies & butter tossed pizza base or garlic bread.
