ABOUT Spicy Cheesy Spinach Fondue RECIPE

Tasty hot Spinach fondue served with nachos.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Blanched spinach 1 cup
  2. Butter 1 tbsp
  3. Cornflour 1/2 tsp
  4. Chilli ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Cooking cream 2 tbsp
  6. Cheese 2 tbsp
  7. Salt
  8. Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  9. For side serving:
  10. Red, yellow, green bell pepper cut in cube 1 cup
  11. Paneer cube 100 gm
  12. Carrots cube 50 gm
  13. Eggplants cube 50 gm
  14. baby corn 6 pieces
  15. CURD 100 GM
  16. Chana daal powder 2 tbsp
  17. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  18. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  19. Salt
  20. Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  21. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  22. Readymade nachos
  23. Garlic bread or pizza base tossed in butter & mixed herbs
  24. Nachos 100 gm
  25. Potatoes smilies as required

Instructions

  1. Grind blanched spinach & make fine paste add 1/2 tsp of cornflour.
  2. In a pan, melt butter, add chilli garlic ginger paste, cook it then add the spinach paste cook well.
  3. Add cooking cream & grated cheese in spinach. Add salt as per taste. Turn the gas off.
  4. In a bowl take curd, add Chana daal powder, chilli powder, turmeric, coriander cumin powder, salt & ginger garlic powder. Mix well, add all vegetables & paneer, keep aside for 30 minutes in fridge.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove it and grill in oven on grill mode or on griller.
  6. Serve spinach in fondue bowl, light up the lamp below. Served grilled vegetables & paneer, readymade nachos, potatoes smilies & butter tossed pizza base or garlic bread.
