Ingredients to make Nutritional Omelette

  • eggs 2
  • onions 1/4 cup
  • Grated cabbage 1/4 cup
  • potatoes 1/4 cup
  • peas 1/4 cup
  • capsicum 1/4 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander leaves for garnish
  • curry leaves - a few
  • oil 3 tsp

How to make Nutritional Omelette

  1. First take a pan and pour oil, then add onions to fry.
  2. And then add cabbage, green peas, potatoes, salt and turmeric. Stir well and keep covered until they are cooked.
  3. Then add pepper, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder, stir well and add coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  4. Next whisk the eggs with beater or blender. Pour that mixture on the vegetables mix and keep the stove on medium flame. Keep covered for 2 minutes.
  5. After cooking that omelette, flip if necessary.

My Tip:

You can put boiled potatoes slices before pouring the egg mix.
