Ingredients to make Sweetheart Omelette Roll

  • eggs 3
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • capsicum 1/2 chopped
  • carrots 1 chopped
  • onion 1 chopped
  • coriander leaves 1 tsp
  • Cheese 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Sweetheart Omelette Roll

  1. Break the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Add all the vegetables and mix it.
  3. Add in the spices.
  4. Mix in milk.
  5. Take a pan and heat it.
  6. Put some oil and spread it.
  7. Now when it's hot enough, put half of egg mixture on the pan.
  8. Rotate the pan and let the eggs cook.
  9. When it's half done, roll it from one side till half way up.
  10. Now put half of the remaining egg mix on the empty part of pan.
  11. Let it cook and then roll it again the half way.
  12. Now put the remaining egg and cook it.
  13. Roll the whole thing and take it out on a plate.
  14. Cut the roll in 5-6 pieces.
  15. Now take one piece and lay it facing up.
  16. Cut it diagonally with a sharp knife.
  17. Take one part and invert it to make it in heart shape.

My Tip:

You can add any vegetables of your choice.
