Mushroom masala Omelette Roll

Ingredients to make Mushroom masala Omelette Roll

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • egg 4
  • 4 mushroom chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tap garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • Oil/ butter

How to make Mushroom masala Omelette Roll

  1. For dough:- Take a bowl put flour pinch of salt pinch of Red chilli powder and 2 tsp oil and put some water to make a smooth dough and roll it into thin chapati and roast it both side and keep aside
  2. For omelette :- Take a bowl put chopped onions, chopped mushroom, green chilli, chopped coriander and salt ,garam masala powder,red chilli powder now add milk and egg and bit it
  3. Take a pan Apply oil or butter now put omelette mixture and spread it Now put chapati on the top of omelette and again spread omelette mixture on it and cook both side and roll it
  4. Now cut the roll and serve with sauce
