Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. White button mushroom 200 grams.
  2. 2 medium onion chopped finely.
  3. Tomato puree out of 2 medium tomatoes.
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tesp.
  5. Yogurt 1 tbsp.
  6. 1 tesp lime juice.
  7. 2 tbsp oil.
  8. 1 /2 tesp turmeric powder.
  9. 2 tesp chilli powder.
  10. 2 tesp pepper powder.
  11. Salt as per taste.
  12. Chopped spring onions and cilantro 1 tbsp.
  13. 1/4 cup water.


  1. Place a pan with 1 tbsp oil on low flame.
  2. Add mushrooms and saute till dry, remove keep aside.
  3. Add 1 tbsp oil saute onions till soft.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute .
  5. To this add tomato puree,yogurt, lime juice and turmeric ,salt ,chilli powder.
  6. Mix ,add water let boil.
  7. When it turns a bit thick add pepper powder and the mushrooms.
  8. Stir till it forms a thick gravy.
  9. Garnish with cilantro and spring onions. Enjoy.
