Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 Eggs
  2. 1 medium size Onion, finely chopped
  3. 2 medium size Tomatoes, chopped
  4. 1 small Potato, boiled and mashed
  5. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  6. 1 tsp Jeera powder
  7. 1 tsp Hot red chilli powder
  8. 3 Elaichi, crushed or powdered
  9. 2 Green chillies, chopped
  10. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, add 1 tsp chopped onion, chopped green chilli, little salt and a little haldi powder. Add Eggs and mix it well .
  2. Take a frying pan and add 2 tsp oil. When the oil is heated, add the egg mixture and make an omelette. Now cut into small pieces and keep aside.
  3. Now add oil again to the frying pan. When the oil gets heated, add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, jeera powder, salt, sugar, garlic paste, haldi powder, red chilli powder and fry till oil is released out of the masala. Add 1 cup of boil water and mashed potatoes and make a gravy. Add all fry Egg pieces and elaichi powder.
  4. Serve with rice or roti.
