Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Egg-2
  2. Dosa mix-2 cup
  3. Onion-1 chopped
  4. Green chilli-2
  5. curry leaves-few
  6. Corriander leaves
  7. Ghee-1tbsp
  8. Tomato(small)-2
  9. Pepper powder-1/2tsp
  10. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take dosa mix in a bowl.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. In a bowl add eggs, pepper powder, curry leaves, onion, chilly, tomato,coriander leave and mix well.
  4. Mean while, heat a non stick tawa over medium flame.
  5. Drizzle 1/2 ghee on area and pour the dosa mix over tawa.
  6. Add above the egg mix.
  7. Cook it until it turns light brown on another side and flip the dosa.
