Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs 6
  2. Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Tomato 1, chopped
  5. Onion 1, chopped
  6. Chicken masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Crack eggs in a mixing bowl. Add salt and beat with a fork.
  2. Take a pan, add little oil and add egg bhurji. Keep aside.
  3. Take another pan, add oil, chopped onions and ginger garlic paste. Fry.
  4. Then add chicken masala powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and mix well.
  5. Now add sliced tomatoes and cook till the tomato is mushy. Then add egg bhurji and mix well. Add salt and cook for about 1 min. Then turn off the gas.
