Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Steamed Basmati Rice - 11/2 Cups
  2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  3. Big onion and green chilli paste - 2 tablespoon
  4. Tomato puree - 3 tomatoes
  5. Briyani powder - 1 tablespoon
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Ghee - 5 tablespoon
  9. Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  10. Coriander leaves - for garnish
  11. Salt as required
  12. Cauliflower - 1 large

Instructions

  1. Steam the rice and keep aside.
  2. Add 2 tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds, as it splutters, add onion and green chilli paste and then add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add the tomato puree as the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes off.
  4. After it's cooked, add boiled cauliflower and close the lid. Let it cook for five minutes.
  5. Then add the boiled rice and mix it well.
