Ingredients to make Besan laddo

  • Besan or chickpea flour half kg
  • sugar powder 300 grams
  • almond meal 100 grams
  • Ghee or clarified butter 300grams

How to make Besan laddo

  1. Roast besan on medium flame for half n hour with ghee keep stirring.
  2. Then add almond meal n roast for 10 more minutes.
  3. Then add sugar cool n give round shape. Will stay good for more than a month in fridge

It should not get burnt or over roast
