  • condense milk - 200gms
  • milk powder - 6tbsp
  • ghee - 1 tbsp
  • elachi powder - 12 tsp
  • chopped pista ,kaju - 2tbsp (for garnishing)

How to make jhatpat Malai peda

  1. Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee
  2. now add condense milk and milk powder
  3. stir continuously till the mixture separate from the side of the pan and get a thick mass.
  4. Add elachi powder in the thick milk mixture.
  5. turn off gas.place the mixture on a plate
  6. wait for enough warm to touch it
  7. take a small portion of mixture and make round shape peda
  8. sprinkle chopped pista over the peda s.
  9. now jhatpat malai peda is ready for serve.
