  • 1 all purpose flour 500 gm
  • 2 ghee 50 gm
  • 3 sugar 4 cups
  • 4 sooji 1/4 cup
  • 5 oil/vanaspati/ghee for frying
  • 6 water for syrup 11/2cup

How to make Shakkarpare unbeatable.

  1. Add maida;suji and refined ghee to flour.mix it evenly so that it resembles a crumby mixture.
  2. Prepare a dough.keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Prepare thich chapati from a dough and cut into small pieces and fry them in refined ghee.
  4. Allow them to cool
  5. Add sugar to1 1/2cup water and bring it to boil.prepare sugar syrup of 1 thread consistency .
  6. quickly add paras.mix gently and quickly with the take them out from the sugar syrup.
  7. Now make the syrup thicker of 2 -3 string consistensy.till sugar start crystallizing .
  8. Add the paras .mix it evenly with a big spoon .When all the paras are coated then spread on large plate to cool.once cooled store in air tight container
